Community User Guidelines

Below is a list of required guidelines to keep the support forum community a safe and productive environment for all users. The guidelines apply to all public posting and private messages.  In the event a private message violates these guidelines, please email a screenshot to support.

  • The forum’s purpose is to discuss financial reporting for governments.  Departing from this topic increases the chances of being moderated.

  • Be respectful of different software experience levels

    • All posts should be professional and courteous. You have every right to disagree with your fellow community members and explain your perspective. However, you are not free to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle them or the quality of this community.

  • No offensive content

    • Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted. This includes user profile images.

    • Do not use obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or excessively violent language. Do not harass, insult, taunt, provoke, demean, or personally attack other forum members.

  • No political posting

    • Any material posted which takes a political stance or mentions a political party will be removed. This includes user profile images.

  • No spamming or advertising

    • Spam is defined as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other websites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the forum with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business, or forums, etc.

    • Any posts, including job postings, that offer any type of service for money or are offering to work for hire will be removed.

  • Do not share/post login information

    • In the event you are gain access to data or information of others and/or to functionality in the Software, either of which is beyond the scope or intent of the understanding by which credentials were originally granted to you, you will notify Thales as soon as is reasonably practical. Further, you will not copy, alter, delete, use, or otherwise exploit such data, information, and/or functionality and, instead, will treat it with and use the highest degree of care necessary to protect its confidentiality.  These obligations of notification and confidentiality will survive even if a user is no longer a participant in the forum. 

  • Admin decisions are final

    • Any users who violate the above terms will receive an email following the removal of their post or comments. A user will lose their access to the forum after three violations of the Community User Guidelines.
